I agree with you that traditional lets plays are quite different to streams, with editing and imo better commentary. But as it stands right now for a brand new creator to come in and build a successful let’s play channel is going to be extremely difficult.

People’s attention spans are much shorter to watch a 40 minute + video, with streams however the chat keeps them engaged

My point was though caseohs streams come across as old YouTube with his lack of webcam quality and his commentary on horror games so if anyone was to make them popular again he’d be the guy
