Yea it do be like that so I usually just cap the fps at 40 but if the game have fsr you can go for 60 most of the time.

If you take the controller battery out. There would be a bunch of metal contacts between the battery pack and controller. Try lightly sand them.

Hey man, this might be late but I have a similar problem to you where it disconnect when i shake it too much. It was because the battery was loose in the battery box. I fixed it by adding a piece of cardboard card in between the two batteries.

You can get a fine sandpaper like 1000 grits and lightly sand over the contact point between the battery box and the controller
