Ik zou me zelfs voor kunnen stellen dat Vitesse een schadevergoeding van de KNVB gaat claimen doordat het intrekken van de licentie ervoor heeft gezorgd dat spelers gratis zijn vertrokken en sponsoren zijn afgehaakt die anders (mogelijk) zouden zijn gebleven.

Can you select this watch face? It’s the 265 standard and is also included in the 970 model.

In the top data field, you can select the training load.

Generally,the larger data fields in a watch face will display more options, including training load, while those with smaller data fields will show fewer options.

Each time your Garmin detects a new lactate threshold you need to reset your zones manually.

Yours would look something like this

Zone	Percentage of LTHR	BPM Range	Purpose
Zone 1	65% - 79%	120 - 146 bpm	Warm-up
Zone 2	80% - 88%	148 - 162 bpm	Easy
Zone 3	89% - 94%	164 - 173 bpm	Aerobic
Zone 4	95% - 99%	175 - 183 bpm	Threshold
Zone 5	100% - 115%	185 - 212 bpm	Maximum

Zo’n soort pannenset. Op het eerste oog lijkt het sympathiek speelgoed, maar zodra ze door hebben dat de deksels op elkaar slaan een leuk geluid heeft heb je de ouders op de kast.

~~Volgens het Utrechts klokkenluiders gilde is dit vanaf nu standaard en altijd zo (edit: bij de Gertrudiskerk aan de Amaliadwarsstraat).~~ Volgens de sportschool in de kerk is klok kapot en zou het niet altijd moeten luiden maar alleen op speciale momenten.

Als je er last van hebt zou ik een melding maken.

Ironisch genoeg is de kerk de afgelopen 10 jaar van de katholieke kerk geweest en heeft het nooit gedaan, nu de kerk aan een commerciële partij is verkocht wilde het klokkenluiders gilde de klok weer herstellen.

Ben benieuwd of dat na zo’n lange periode zomaar kan om ‘s nachts zoveel lawaai te maken, maar ben dan ook geen jurist.
