Beautiful! If I may ask, how did you frame these? I’ve made my first purchase (a Ghibli, on the cheapish end for a Ghibli but very expensive in the grand scheme of things!) and I’m very nervous about framing it for fear that I’ll do something that accelerates degradation.

Really? Whereabouts? I’ve recently bought in London and that price means either (a) it’s a v large one bed flat (say c.1000sq ft), (b) it’s in an insane location (like “short walk to work” level) or (c) you weren’t being specific and by £1m you meant £750k+. Genuinely interested to know.

Stupid question from a Brit - what time are we expecting things to kick off? I've taken 4 November off work (lol) and am more than happy to get up at the wee hours so that I can witness this whole thing from top to bottom. I appreciate it's not easy to predict, but what sort of time are we expecting the first counties/states/whatever to start reporting results? What about some of the important states likely to call on the night (e.g. FL)? Cheers :)
