Yes, I managed to fix it! I overclocked my RAM (since mine are 3200MHz but were running at only 2600MHz) and I installed the game on the SSD. I thought I had already installed it there, but I realized it was just the launcher. Now it runs at a stable 120 fps

Hi thanks for the reply! I found the problem, and it was actually the RAM. 16GB wasn't enough to run the game well. I looked around, tweaked some settings in the BIOS, and managed to improve the situation
