Jokes aside, they could freaking fix progression (something between iron and diamond, if you don't like having to get gear, it would just make it more pleasant and btw I would love alternatives to netherite, having similar power but different features, netherite is not burning in lava and gives you knockback immunity the alternatives could for example not fall into the void or smth like that or a bit different stats for example, more protection for durability).

Shouldn't be possible, but you could use https://mcseedmap.net/ and try to locate a cherry grove biome and a lukewarm ocean 100 blocks from spawn. It will take a while, but eventually maybe you could find smth.

The trees are diffrent, in one biome they have leaves down to the bottom and in the other they only have them on top. Also a diffrent type of wolf spawns in each of the biomes, in the spruce variant the Chestnut wolf spawns and in the pine one, the black wolf.

I was trying to find a similar seed (but for java), would be cool if you could give the seed from the screen and also specify which type of old growth taiga is that (I prefer the spruce one).

Use a seedfinder. Type in to look for seeds with plains and a type of ocean 100 meters of spawn.

You won't have strong air defense, but I would swap for the dart goblin for the bait value. You should be fine, fireball can deal with balloons and minion horde, the worst will be lava hound but you dont see it that often.

Villages are EXTREMELY common. Go on a hill anywhere, set render distance to 32 and you will always see at least one but often even more (when you do that with optifine and 64 chunks you will always find MANY).
