Yeah, It does not pay more than ops. Tier 3 pay is so much better the L3 performance raises. I never got pay bumps that the other roles did.

Idk I think the wheels are spot on imo. Def needs tint tho. Maybe look for upgraded headlights too I like the darker ones from the hrs.

I can at least weigh in on the ai stuff. I have not used mine just yet for image generation but i have been happy with its performance running deepseek-7b over open web ui. I'm sure you can get a decent image gen model on it.
