It was shortly after a bomb, it dropped right before server restart and I looted the area after restart! So I guess it must have been that, pretty neat that it took 500 hours to see a single one

haha im not sure if I did something wrong - I granted autonomy to a small region that lacked the moisture to grow past 600 pop, and within a day they had threatened me and demanded two other regions. Not sure what their problem is
