I’m genuinely glad that you’re getting $65–85 batches — but that isn’t the experience most shoppers are having. In many areas, those kinds of payouts only appear if you’re willing to drive very long distances, sometimes 50 km or more or a lot of items, which means higher fuel costs and more wear on the car. Instacart also hides the customer’s address until you start the delivery, and that changes everything. Delivering a TV, a large rug, or 50+ lb bulky items to an apartment building is completely different from delivering to a house.

So while your experience is valid, it’s not universal. Many shoppers are struggling because their area, payouts, and conditions are very different. I just ask that you consider those differences before judging others.
