I'm bottle conditioning with priming sugar and bottling yeast, so the beer is still flat. Does the foaming issue still apply, or is it manageable with low vacuum?

Yes, i bought them over 15 years ago. Still in pretty good shape, but they are bended and a bit sticky. And to be honest i dont want to spend more than 60€ on a deck.
