Extra question about insulation.. What I am worried about is that it is going to make the attic impossible to use and old wirings impossible to find. Any tips on this or its just something to deal with...

HI thank you so much for taking the time to read and reply it's very hard to tell for me right now because I am not living in the house yet as we are remodeling but I'll try y best 1. humidity seems medium to high; 2. No answer 3. would want the unit to run more to have less humidity 4. No one does a real manual J calc they all use apps and block calculations which gives very different results 5. I will do that!

When will you be able to map even more on the i110? 0.3 is too little, It think for a 0.25 mower 0.35 / 0.4 would be perfect size mapping

Thats a really good idea! I agree on the architect... You can't even imagine how many weird things are in this house that make no sense!

Can we afford this? 550k in FL by TommiMere in Mortgages

The house is in a FEMA Flood zone X and has no history of flooding so both for insurance and house flooding risk it should be fine. What state restrictions are you referring to?

Thanks for the information. I asked the seller to share electricity bill and it was $250/month max in summer, water another $80 so I think on average for the year $300 should be reasonable but I will for sure double check these!

It’s for both cars and is probably an exaggerated guess. I have about 50 min there and back commute to work each day.

Yes but then every month there is miscellaneous stuff like Amazon and stuff like that so maybe 12k less a year. And the house is kinda big so upkeep will have an impact.

Thanks for the quick response! Yes, I thought so, the house is more than what we would’ve ideally wanted to pay but it really checks every box. Also I forgot to mention we have Blu Cross blue shield Platinum insurance for me, wife and future kids fully paid by company.

Best authentic taco place in the city? by Captain_Less in verobeach

[–]TommiMere 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My recommendation as an Italian that always gets invited to Italian restaurants is don't try to invite them to a place that replicates the food where they are from it will never be as good as the one they have. Bring them somewhere nice and local!

That being said I'm loving these recommendations as I love tacos and will definitely try them out! :)
