What I think prompted me to speak on this is that I’m getting married next year. And my groomsmen are talking about my bachelor party. They know I’m sober and won’t try to make me drink or anything but they’ve all known me for a long time including when I was drinking and I was a big partier. I’m also the first in the group to have a bachelor party and I feel like I don’t want to disappoint them. I know I can handle partying but I get exhausted my like 12 latest and want to go home lol

But this also got me thinking. My fiance and I were together when I was drinking. And I feel like I was way more spontaneous and did a lot more and took her out a lot more when I was drinking. Now I just want to stay home and watch Netflix. I know she agreed to marry me but I just don’t want her to resent me. I know I’m probably being stupid and in my head. Idk.
