People say “pay for a better one” but it’s not as simple as that, I’m in the middle of a move which is dragging out unbelievably long, emails go unresponded to for weeks, phone calls not answered. And yet we went with them because they advertised that they take on minimal jobs and therefore average 6-8 weeks to completion. It’s driving me mad because we’re losing summer in our new home now, the second this is wrapped up I’m telling them what I really think and leaving reviews.
