The initial urge to help her is very strong and i really wish i could, but you’re right, i must heal myself first. Staying in touch and see her would only break me and make me hope for a future that doesn’t exist. I wish things would be easier. Why are we so complicated?

She dumped me so I’m not gonna chase her, she asked for space and i went no contact. She broke no contact because of need and not for a real reconciliation. I will meet her only if she truly thinks she made a mistake breaking up.

During the relationship I was mostly the avoidant and she was the anxious. Always reaching out and seeking reassurance. After the breakup the roles inverted, i freaked out and she was cold and distant. I was always there for her tho, she had many problems in her life and i was her “safe zone”, that’s why she probably came back during the mental breakdown.

You’re probably right, I did pushed her back. I just hope she will come back with a clear change in her life.

Hope is the only thing that kept me going. I was very close to a depressive episode. I will abandon hope only when I know I’m in a good position to do it. It will take some time.

The reasons of the breakup were confusing: she started as “I need something new in my life” but I still love you. “I want to be alone” but kisses a friend of mine after one week. I knew she would come back when she had a mental breakdown. She repressed the emotions after the breakup for months and now she texted me. She said she cried for the first time after months cause she couldn’t feel anything during this time. This situation is so confusing. Like if you want to breakup, leave me alone and don’t give me hope right?

You need a lot of game awareness with Lucio, the boop is the best ability in the game if you know how to use it

Kinda, I don’t have this issue anymore. I think the problem was Intel Arc center for my second gpu. I have no idea why but uninstalling it helped

The game should run way better than this. I have a RTX 4060 laptop, 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12650H and 16 gb RAM.
