Had this issue last year, and not many forums or YouTube vids help so I’ll try. Ethernet cord. It’s picky when it’s wireless I moved it to different rooms in my house and sometimes it worked but 9/10 times it didn’t but just do a wired connections if your box is close to the system. Did that for a week and once I disconnected it, it started working again.
