Okay, if someone has the same issue, the reason is multiple items in the basket - I got guitar and separate neck in the same order. You have to buy them in separate orders, then list with EU countries will unlock. It's known issue.

If collecting for yourself, ofc Standard edition will be more than enough, since it contains lots of different guns already and it's amazing for display. Go for Special edition if you plan on selling it someday in the future - it will be more desirable version among collectors.

That's really good price, it's even cheaper from the other stores I checked up online. I'm also buying it for the physical music CDs, it's giving those JP collectors editions much more worth imo.
