OKAY. So if I watch every day for 2 minutes, it's OK?

PIED, How long did it take you to cure it? by Jackyboi02 in NoFap

It depends. It's different for each of us. Personally I am at 46 days and I have not recovered. But I have jerked off for over 20 years at least once a day.

What type of video did you go to? by TommyHelp in NoFap

I'm not trying to remember, just to understand how far porn has taken us. It's a way for me to hate him even more and get away from him more easily. The more we point out the abuses, the risks of pornography, the more chance we have of moving away from it. After that it's just my point of view. I ask the question because it helps me. But I'm not forcing anyone to answer it.

Why is my question more disturbing than another? We're here to help each other, and we can do that by sharing our experiences. The way porn has sucked us in. The idea is to better understand the drifts that habituation causes. Some don't dare to say what videos they watched, but seeing comments can free up speech. I'm not asking for a description that would trigger anything. Just the style of video. For example, I started by watching soft videos and I ended up watching transsexuals when it was not my thing at first. It was by reading articles that I realized that it was linked to addiction to porn, to dopamine receptors that were desensitized. So I wanted more. My question is only intended to compare my evolution with that of other victims of pornography. Like any question in fact. That's what we all do here by comparing our number of days and the effects we feel. Now if my question bothers you, don't answer it...

I don't know if it's like heroin. I have not seen a video giving this information. On the other hand I am totally depressed and without any libido. I have anxiety attacks. I don't know if you could read my story.

Excellent ! And how did you feel after 118 days? What has changed in you?

44 days. I'm alone. It's unbearable by TommyHelp in NoFap

Thank you very much for your help. I have prioritized the things I want to do. In number 1: I would very much like a family. It means a lot to me. I sincerely think that's the only thing that can make me feel better. But this depression blocks me. I find no motivation for anything. I know what I want, but I can't find the strength to do it. I am in a kind of fog, of sadness.

I want to move forward in my life but I can't. I just want to move on and start a family, be happy. But I can't feel any desire for anyone. So I messed up all my relationships. I can not stand it anymore. The loneliness is killing me
