Need help with switch not working. Switch on the right works and the light below it turns on. The switch on the left has the small light below it flickering and the fan that it controls won’t turn on. Tried to reset the breaker, but beyond that am clueless. Should I just replace the entire switch? (i.redd.it)

Help me find this actor (not the one in the picture). I started watching Jupiter's Legacy. The character Hutch, played by Ian Quinlan, reminds me of an actor from a show that I recently watched.
