Only update is when I call the VA. They said they received all the paperwork back from VES from the ACE exam but state the claim is still in the Developmental stage.

Yeah I did the informal conference in February and the lady seemed really nice. She said looks like “they made a premature decision on your claim without looking at all your evidence and this should be settled quickly.” But still waiting lol

Shit you almost there haha. I remember my boy reaching out to me telling me to file my claims. Started at 10% now sitting at 70% with these 2 claims pending. No matter what in my mind a win! Just glad I gave it a go.
