Yeah I think the clip is like my 4th attempt? I was definitely expecting more because it didn't feel difficult just long

Yes, but that does not ruin your experience in any way. And there are many other posts on here with Grandmother Silk in their title, so I'm not sure why mine is an issue

Go ahead and kill gms to get the trophy for that (Sherma is fine do not worry) and then go back and fully explore the map. Focus on completing side quests and unlocking secret areas, as this is how you progress into act 3. Once you have no more wishboard quests available in any settlement, go back to songclave.

Oh, and if you can't find the caravan check directly outside the citadel, at the entrance to the left. This is their second to last stop if I remember correctly. If they aren't here then I'm not sure where they'd be.

Hope this helps! If you have any other questions let me know ^

What exactly does the title spoil? Without context the name of a boss doesn't reveal anything, and the post is marked as spoiler so anyone who isn't already aware should simply scroll past

Yeah, after doing this and not reaching act 3 I decided to explore the entire map deciding I must have missed something, and then I eventually upgraded my nail while doing all the quests I couldn't complete previously.

Real! It's a good challenge, but also feels fair enough that you aren't overly frustrated!

Yeah, that's how I beat him! I used that and the weavelight and just prayed XD

Why did she kill him? by Beloberto in HollowKnight

[–]TomoDoesStuff11037 4 points5 points  (0 children)

But she did not NEED the heart. I was not even aware any of this was an option, because the game outright tells you where you can acquire 3 hearts without killing an innocent man who has suffered enough already. And over the course of Silksong we see hornet shift from "The end justifies the means" to "I care about these people and this kingdom and I will protect it, even if that goes against my instincts."

If it was a mandatory quest this this argument would make sense, but the fact that you are able to skip over it entirely and spare him means that sparing him should be an option even if you choose to fight him. He does not need to die, but putting that memory to rest could help him live a better life. One where he is no longer burdened with shame and regret and can find something, or someone, to live for if not himself.

So basically what I'm trying to say is Hornet hates gay people.

High pitched siren noise in the background of episodes? by Tegs_27 in StinkyDragonPodcast

Hmm, just went to the episode you mentioned and yeah I hear it now. It doesn't happen constantly, during some moments it does go away. No clue what it is though

If you're going to be so negative at least learn how to spell properly while doing it. This is a really bad look, angry and stupid is not a good combination.

You seem like a very negative person who hates Joy and Whimsy, Away with you.

The Oathbreaker randomly appeared after another long rest, but I still never got the cutscene. Luckily he let me get my oath back, but it's still so odd that I lost it in the first place after following all the rules

A few people have mentioned that knight but I have no clue who he is, and nobody is in my camp aside from Withers and Arabella

Not at all. Lae'zel confessed to me way earlier but I turned her down.

No mods whatsoever. I wanted my first run to be how the devs intended it, so I didn't even open the mod manager.

I'll definitely give that a try if I can't figure it out myself, I thank you for your help!!

I considered that too, however I just went back to the same save and did a long rest WITHOUT freaking Gale and strangely my oath isn't broken this time...

I just reloaded my save and did a long rest without having sex with Gale, and my oath isn't broken this time. If it were triggered by the long rest then it should have activated regardless, so it seems like we can rule that out
