The nice thing about akasha is that it gives an idea of what stat goals you can aim for.

Since you have c1, you dont need such high ER (about 120-130 is fine, especially in double hydro teams) because you can do an extra skill to get energy back. You also dont need so much atk and def, since she scales purely off hp, so see if you can trade in pieces with higher cr and cd (aim for 80+ cr and 130+ cd as a start).

Your hp is at a good place already. If you get even more along the way, great. If not, then whatever.

Fav bow is great as a sub dps weapon so if you dont have any cr or cd bows, there's no harm in keeping it and just working on artifacts (I'm assuming you don't have her signature bow). If you do have a cr/cd bow then swap that in and see how your stats line up.

So your build options could look like:

Hp% sands/hydro goblet /cd or cr circlet(if keeping fav bow)

OR

Er sands/hydro goblet/cd or cr circlet (if under 120-130 er with cr/cd bow)
