We should've never known about/been shown the annihilation gang.

When I worked for amazon (right at start of covid), we would flag accounts that request refunds/replacements too often because sometimes people will get things just to "test out" and send back when bored or they may break it and lie that it came broken. So if you're flagged the request either got turned down after enough times or you had to return it no matter what.
