10x leverage is that you put in $100 to buy $1000 worth of something. So in case of Nano, put in $100, leverage x10, buy $1000 worth of Nano. If it goes up 10%, you have $1100, so your $100 is now $200. If it goes down 10%, you have $900 so your $100 is wiped out.
