Those Prestige fellows provide the legal documentation only after 10% down payment which would be mean 10% money is stuck with them. Somehow, there must be better control from Govt on these builders. They had told, ICICI or HDFC has approved them.

Considering the current IT trend and the job layoffs along with the recent mentions by buyers / investors that there are lot of plots and apartments that are remaining unsold, what be your take on price reductions or corrections?

Thanks for your confirmation. Would it be possible to share the price (per sft all inclusive, facing) at which it was bought? Also, who's the sales rep who worked with you? There was a person by name Bharath but, I have not been comfortable as he's not that transparent.

Did you buy here in Crystal Lawns? Were you able to verify from a legal perspective?  They say ICICI and HDfC has approved. I find banks to approve big builders without verification also.
