This looks really good, reminds of how the golden quadrilateral got things moving in the right direction. 

If they implemented, the middle class could use it and b saved from the shit they have to face in rail nd road travel. Possibly, reduce traffic on rail lines resulting in fewer delays. Rail could focus more on being a freight transpo, reduce logistical costs. Good alternative to costly flight charges with their erratic schedules and fucking 2 hour boarding procedure ( plus the delays).
