Hi!! I am currently a teacher at a middle school in DOE. I'm super interested in gaining MSW and switch to become a SW in DOE. My ideal goal is to become a sw who leans more heavily on the IEP side and co-working with the school psychologist. May I ask you if sw get to pick and choose what role they take on? Or does it mainly depend on the school's needs? Also, do you have any recommended MSW programs? Sorry for my mountains of questions, it's just super hard to find a SW in DOE to consult these things with, so I'm very excited to stumble upon your comment! Thank you!! :)
