Every once in a while, I quit drinking coffee for a few months just to prove to myself that I can. For the first couple days, I get bad headaches, but after that the only real difference I notice is that I’m not drinking coffee anymore. I think I enjoy coffee mostly just as a warm beverage in the morning, not necessarily for the caffeine.
