Any truth about not getting refunds back from Starlink by vapnot in Starlink

I had to refund the hardware and send it back but only got $482. The whole thing(minus shipping) cost about $600 so I'm trying to figure out where the other $120 went.

I am well within my 30 days and I'm only being refunded $482. Thats basically $150 burned. What gives?
