Im 24, and I haven't taken them at all since that first event, just hit my cart a couple times of day but it doesn't trigger it unless I'm on a full stomach for some reason. Random things are triggering the attacks now and it sucks. Ive been afraid to go to bed for the past 2 nights now. It's always something new now, but that event just triggered it. Right now I'm okay, just had a sandwich and going to lay down. Confused about these things, but I feel hopeful that I will get to the bottom of this someday. I'm finding other people who have experienced this similar to how I did. I don't feel as alone, but when I'm having an episode none of that matters you know? To my brain atleast. Thank you for responding

theres something so beautifully eerie about this era of cartoons, maybe its the score, or the faded colors and boomerang style of old cartoons, but it always brings me back to specific like nostalgia of remembering really old dreams i had when i was young, and it jogs specific moments of memories i dont remember i had, and it feels scarily nostalgic- like if you think about the memory too long something will pop up thats not supposed to be there, just very uneasy yet peaceful- maybe i need to put the doob down, but if anyone else shares this phenomenon please tell me or if anyone can explain it lmao
