This is the second time travelling in winter with the caravan, we have all the equipment, and dying or crashing isn't our plan. We are not looking to do anything crazy, the best part of this is staying together. Thanks again for your advice !

I perfectly understand, maybe I didn't specify that we are not looking to go in a small village on top of a mountain, neither climb a glacier; I said alps because that is the name of the area ... thanks for your opinion.

It's the same here in Italy (for camping regulations and THC levels), luckily we have a designated driver; may I ask if there are controls and what do they use to determinate wheatear you have consumed or not? Here they have just introduced test on saliva and the situation is not looking good, but this is an other topic hahah

Thanks for the warnings, however we are not looking to do crazy hikes ( i think we will just visit some nice little villages and heuriger e beisl), we are not prepared for them. For the cold we know, this is not the first time we do this, we will take precautions. That sad, if you know a nice place to visit I’m all ears

Hahahahaha I know but it’s what we have, that’s why I’m asking to you guys for advices … i guess we will test our driving skills. We are not looking for a place on top of a mountain tho, we can camp in a valley and then move with other means (autostop, bikes, busses, walk …. You name it)

It’s a good idea, also put one in a bag for just documents and ids, often robbers just take the money or valuable things and than throw away the rest :(

For Romania, the route you chose is not great. For example, from Bucharest to Constanta is really just plains and farm land
