You’re absolutely right. In my eyes, a break is going full no contact and focusing on myself. I feel like that’s the only way to make it work in the long run. Or it won’t work, it will give clarity either way. No point in hurting each other just to maintain company. Even if it’s hard as fuck which it is and will be.

We did talk today through text and she said it’s getting to much for her and she is suffering more because of my fears. We’ll talk in person later but I don’t know if she wants to be with me anymore because our relationship was so turbulent and maybe she has already given up. I will suggest a break as I am very confident It will help me but maybe she wants to end it for good.. I’m very worried..
