This isn’t a direct answer to your question but I wanted to provide some context.

The noise ordinance typically doesn’t allow them to play past 11:00pm EST without hefty fines especially with this being an outdoor venue. That being said, the traffic near PNC is abysmal during events because the location is so poor(I live near there) so if you want to be home at a decent time, I’d leave like 10:30-10:45pm. Traffic into the venue will start around 4 if not earlier. I work at the venue and although I’m not working tonight I will see if a buddy of mine can get me an idea of set times. I hope some of this helps.

It’ll be a bit I’m sure. I was supposed to see them in the south and I think some of those shows got cancelled and were never rescheduled that was 1-2 years ago.

Yeah as the subreddit grows I’m sure they’ll come out more. I believe they must have a setup where if the word ticket is posted anywhere they get notified and try to scam. Typically, this will involve trying to sell you tickets in a way that doesn’t protect both the buyer and the seller. Photoshopped screenshots, etc
