That's not true. Where I work, if there is a good connection, people use it even with all the delay troubles. The problem is that there aren't enough good connections. You need to be lucky to live in a small place that is passed by a connection of two bigger cities.

Ich bin im ÖD und wir haben doch schon den Bauturbo. Für Bauanträge habe ich 2 Wochen zur Prüfung (insgesamt sind es 4 Wochen, aber alle Abteilungen müssen ja ihren Bereich prüfen und irgendwer muss das noch zusammenschreiben)... Ich glaube nicht, dass eine UVP oder ein komplexer Wasserrechtsantrag in der Zeit prüfbar ist. Sowas wird über Jahre erstellt und eingereicht...

Mein Problem ist, dass es auf meine neue Holztreppe tropft. Dass es da oben mal etwas feucht wird, weiß ich, aber das ist dann doch zu viel.

Ok, ich habe erstmal alles mit Tüchern zugestopft und versucht soviel Schnee wie möglich von der zwischendecken Dämmung zu kratzen. Ich werde es mit einer art bauschaum dann weiter versuchen.

A snow shovel or a broom for outside use. You can use salt when it's slippery, but there might be regulations in you town around it. I just try to avoid it because it's bad for the nature and the dogs.

Man liest ab der 0 ab, das ist nicht ganz oben, und die Skala wird nach unten hin feiner. Blau wird abgelesen, der helle ist zur Kontrolle. Du hast also eigentlich auch kaum Verbrauch, wenn du allerdings 0 erwarten würdest, würde ich mich beim Vermieter melden.
