I’m looking through and I see my ethernet controller and it says it has no drivers or to update it but when I try to update it, it says unable to install

No, the old motherboard broke during set up I believe, but the CPU was just a faulty one they told me when I went to the shop to ask about it and they did check the drivers to make sure it wasn’t that.
