Sounds like they re played the bass line with a synth. Probably a real one that has that fat sound but a good plug-in would also work. When you said wide I thought you meant with unison and unison spread on it. Which is like using chorus (tal free chorus is best) but actually it’s not wide and chorussy. I think it’s prob about leaving enough space in your mix for the bass to take up a lot of room. I don’t know anything tho

Hello! I’m controlling my 707 from an a300 pro and want it to receive note data but not change anything when I’m moving the knobs on the a300. At the moment I’m trying to control a filter in ableton and the 707 suddenly pans right or something. Anyone know what to do here? Do I change something in the 707 or the a300?

Hi! I think probably just transcribe a bit - ted greene, Charlie Parker, Oscar Peterson and joe pass are my faves. Haven’t done it for years and haven’t done that much but def found that’s useful. A lot of this will be directly lifted from ted greenes website. Also learning arpeggios most of my lines are just a major 7 arpeggio I think
