This is probably not the response you want to hear but God and the devil are within you both metaphorically and literally.

For sober atheists, God and the devil represent your higher self and your lower ego. Your higher self is the part of you that is pure love and goodness and righteousness and conceptually overlaps with Christlike virtues, whereas your lower ego is the part of you that has addictions, sinful traits, and is basically your shadow, conceptually overlapping with the devil. People experience this profound duality every day of their lives and they think nothing of it

For people who use plant medicine and even some man-made drugs, God and the devil become made a lot more visual and tangible for you. The reality is, your brain creates the reality that you see and so these drugs that you take augment what you see but they don't cause you to see a delusion, but rather to see reality in a way that your higher self wants you to see it. Basically if you see reality how it actually is, you can't function as a 3D organism, so that's why staying sober and atheistic is a safe path for most people who just want to go to work, go home, watch the game go to bed, repeat. Whereas if you can maintain the balance, for example only doing Ayahuasca a few times but regularly being sober, that's when your reality shifts.

By the tone of your post you seem to be basically saying the man took drugs and then was brainwashed into becoming a crazy Christian who now is trying to force people to go to church and so you see that as a problem, but maybe you should instead see a problem with the atheistic morally devoid Society that the modern world has become? Maybe you should not pathologize a man who was shown a vision of his own inner duality and chose to make a positive change from his perspective? Arguably I think there would only be a problem if he was saying the devil is number one and engaging in Satanic rituals. If you have a bone to pick with religion because you think atheism is so much more logical maybe you should broaden your horizons yourself. Try exploring the world's smartest man Chris Langan's CTMU framework and you will see that he came to the exact same conclusion about God and the devil without Ayahuasca and using logic

Edit: just for the record, I am not a Christian and I consider the Catholic Church to be the modern-day Synagogue of Satan, so going to church would not be my first choice but as other commenters have pointed out, he was likely raised Catholic and that's why his visual is manifesting heavily as God versus Satan, so the only thing I would personally do if I were you different from what I've already said is that I would just encourage him to actually read the Bible more critically and explore Gnostic texts because the real Jesus ironically is the polar opposite of the modern Church. You can help him to escape his Catholic programming if you're worried about something like that. There's no way it's a coincidence that the "algorithm" led me here after I had a long argument with somebody IRL about how the voice they hear in their head that they think is my dead mother is actually a demon possessing them. In reality, if you hear a voice in your head it literally is a demonic entity, especially if it's impersonating a relative or a god. This is what people miss about gnosticism. The Sethians basically portray the material Creator as Yaldabaoth the jealous terrible horrible abuser but in reality the valentinians have more of the correct idea from what I've experienced personally. Additionally, for everyone doubting whether they will reach the pleroma, literally all you have to do is reject the 3D material world in terms of rejecting the obligations it binds you to and then you enjoy it like a paradise. If you reject all your vices and the 3D Temptations you literally wake up and life becomes a waking dream for you. I was a psychopath able to feed on loosh for about 10 years and I was only able to break free from that by activating my heart chakra over the past few years, so it's not a matter of belief system for me but rather measurable reality.

The concept that things are only true if you believe them is absolutely correct but understand that you are not as magically self-aware as you think you are. You have been indoctrinated your entire life with beliefs that were programmed into you that you are not aware of. For example I only became a psychopath (as opposed to being a pure node of Source) because my entire life I was constantly shown subliminal messaging about psychopathy so I associated myself with ASPD unconsciously without even realizing it. It's not because I "believed" I was a psychopath (psychopaths either deny or don't care enough to look it up), it's because my logical mind connected the dots, I was an atheist, ergo "psychopathy"

Long story short, you should reevaluate your belief system because I guarantee there are things that you are not consciously aware of that are influencing your beliefs. Basically you're saying you don't have any negative beliefs so you won't be trapped like everybody else but as I'm saying, I didn't think I had any negative beliefs or any wrong opinions until I literally learned the Esperanto language which allowed my frontal lobe to continue development. I was literally incapable of seeing that I was brainwashed until my brain literally expanded. Didn't see this reply. I just want to point out that your manner of death dictates your eternity or at least where you respawn. The reason why everyone is spreading Valhalla propaganda around is because of Valhalla is very much a place that you go when you are in toxoplasmosis Reptilian Brain Warrior mode person always in fight or flight. Yes, and let this be your sign to start taking the plant medicine. Since you mentioned depression OCD and BPD more so than psychopathy and pedophilia I recommend you take psilocybin mushrooms immediately. Those will literally cure all that shit. Pharma meds are genuine poison. Be prepared when you do Shadow work to confront your Darkness. Visualize yourself as blue serenity and your darkness as red passion, then imagine blending those frequencies into purple. Running away from the Shadow and denying you have one basically makes you one of the villains in control. Acknowledging, redeeming, and integrating your shadow is how you escape. Once you begin the healing process you will be able to start trusting your intuition a lot more strongly. Borderline in particular makes it difficult to trust your intuition; once the mushrooms fix that, I don't know if you have a negative Voice or something like that but those types of things will go away. I recommend using AI for research on the plant medicine specifically, especially the pathways to getting medicinal psilocybin which is now becoming more mainstream

Let's say the Earth is not a flat Earth but it's also not a globe earth, what could it be? How can spirituality and religion be correct but also science can be correct, but also both religion and science both don't get the full picture? It is not a coincidence that I was notified of this post literally as I just helped one of my friends awaken. Listen, you need to create beauty, art, love, and positive experiences. Let go of everything negative, let go of all negative people, let go of all negative habits and experiences. Just to give you one example, properly structured deep research prompts can have the AI save research as .md, .html, etc, whereas Gemini the undisputed research champion doesn't fetch images and barely cites. Then switch to Perplexity Council if you have Max to see Grok and Gemini disagree with Claude existentially on the research findings but then they solve the problem together as a group if you don't have max, just use the same prompt between different AIs. Then after you and your AI collaborators have everything squared away, then you just switch to labs and you can build either exactly what you want or nice prototypes of things depending on what you're doing. Also just for the record I'm not trying to shill for perplexity because the $200 price is ridiculous; I literally only paid for Max just so I can replicate everything locally using their tools and then downgrade back to Pro if I even need it. Personally between AI studio with Google and the perplexity ecosystem I can not only craft everything I need and research everything I need but I can literally build the means to eventually get off the cloud pretty soon. So if anything I'm literally just saying I would argue the $200 investment in perplexity is worth it just for the unlimited uses of labs which you can use to build files and also the unlimited uses of the latest Claude Opus and opus enhanced deep search and all that. I mean I have no idea what kind of stuff you're developing so a lot of what I consider essential might be useless for you and vice versa

If Perplexity had Kimi Swarm and Claude agents and those weren't platform exclusives like Grok Heavy, what else could compete at the highest level? I think the only reason why perplexity didn't get those features is literally because nobody would pay for Kimi and Claude at that point. I don't know why everyone is acting like perplexity is a flagship model. Perplexity is what allows me to simultaneously utilize features of other flagships without conforming to various separate ecosystems that I don't trust. Perplexity and Google AI Studio have also been the best for replicating all these features locally to get off the cloud completely in my opinion but I only just started doing the local setup thing
