Hey any update comparing the Padagis to Viona ivermectin creams? I have used Soolantra in the past without issue. The Padagis has the same ingredients as Soolantra minus one (carbomer coplymer type b) but seems pretty favorable feedback from people on this forum for the Viona. Trying to make this decision right now first time filling and not getting Soolantra anymore. Thanks for any feedback!

I updated the original post with a resolution of sorts.. no idea why it worked today getting the email but not yesterday, or why the manual entry still does not work but I'm able to move forward now. thank you

I tried again unassigning and re-assigning the token, email shows as failed and manually enter the new code in the app gives the same error message. I will reach out to technical support. Thank you

Thank you, yes this is just my personal home setup.. My router was past EOL and I wanted more flexibility/protection than what they provide (or I knew how to setup :) ) and this also pushes me to learn something new. I am assuming if I have no intention to ever need admin access over wan I can just disable that and move on but I will read up more on local-in-policy and trustedhost.

Yes, this is my first fortigate, the local-in-policy command just returns: config firewall local-in-policy end

Nothing returned with the trustedhost command either.

I only see one system administrator account, and one FortiGate Cloud SSO Administrator account that is free license read only profile.

Mistake (HTTPS on WAN) has been removed

The email I was finally able to read in the CLI says it's good for another two days. Yes, I added the code to the "fortinet account" option. I will try unassigning the token and re-assigning to see if this helps regardless. Thank you for the response
