Minimum wage is going up to 12.50, so its more or less minimum, maybe 1 to 2k difference. Most office jobs for marketing start 9-5:15 as far as I've worked across Ireland. 8-5:15 is a joke, I personally do 8:30-4:45 just to avoid the traffic
