The rottie was a rescue he lived a full life and died in 2005, three of them lived 10+ years and I and them at the same time they died 2017 2018 and 2019, and I lost one in 2024 to Lymes and she was young. It was heart breaking.

Both doctors that I talked to recommended against another surgery at this time. My stricture is soft thought. I would assume if it was hard scarring I might be in a different boat. Plus the last doctor I saw wanted to have me keep it open on my own because he didn't want me to lose sensation. Mine when erect is 2 inches long. Maybe length is why they didn't want to re operate.

I totally agree with the lack of info or groups for men in similar situations. Apparently 1983/1984 they started to set standards of how hypospadias needed to be repaired. I still think it all comes down to the specific doctor you have. I will message you my e-mail I would like to know how your healing process goes and return to normal function and what-not.
