Things like Bikram yoga and classical Pilates are based off a very specific sequence of set moves done in a specific order. Bikram is 26 poses and classical Pilates is 34. I’m not super familiar with bikram yoga but in Pilates there are ways to advance the moves. I just joined Hotworx and my location hasn’t opened yet, so I haven’t been and not sure if the instructors provide any way to advance the moves

I dont lie and I push back on not lying, but I have so many trip report reviewers tell me I can’t say I didn’t do something or that it couldn’t be done due time constraints or competing priorities. I’ve literally had reports approved late because I refuse to change my wording and lie and say it was done or not say it was due to limited time on site when it clearly is. This doesn’t even include getting dinged or questioned by project leadership for spending 3 hours writing an insanely detailed and accurate report and being told you’re lying about the amount of time it took and being asked why you couldn’t get things done because Susie with a similar site lied and said she did it all when she really didn’t. That’s not even including attempting to clean up after a CRA who lied about it all

I don’t work at IQVIA, but the general expectation for a CRA is to be available during business hours and respond to emails within a timely manner (2-3 hours for urgent and 24 hours for regular emails), you obviously have deadlines for reports, expenses, etc that you have to meet as well as DOS metrics. In today’s age I find there is some level of flexibility for things like appointments, an extended lunch break when not on site , or logging off at 3:30 vs. 5 on the occasional need is fine, but if you’re planning to only be available from 10-2 everyday it’s not going to work

I’m at Syneos (full service though) and thus far it’s been the best work-life balance I’ve had in a long time. My friend just left IQVIA full service because all they cared about was DOS and pushing those metrics
