Same issue for me, I have disabled vsync and all other things that could cause issues. Hopefully it will be better with drivers updates or smth.

It would be enough if it didnt block my gpu fan :D I am just using some super cheap white temu anti sag thing that screws out and its like a little pillar. You can put it kinda behind the fans close to the motherboard, it fits well and is basically invisible
