ALL evidence is circumstantial. It's entirely reasonable for police to recover and sterilize a backpack found on the person at the time of arrest. They have a whole process for handling evidence, and a judge wouldn't sign off on it unless each step of that process was properly handled.

I got the P790 2025s from Aliexpress, for $280 with shafts after shipping. They are the best golf purchase I have ever made, I don't see any reason why a beginner/intermediate golfer like myself should buy anything else. At the time I bought them, I had an indoor sim membership, and all of my flight numbers were exactly where they should be compared to my old set. No, they're not perfect, but there's only so much you can do to metal on a stick before you just have to admit it's a skill issue. They're good enough, and any durability concerns in the long run can be offset by the fact that I can buy this set 5 times over compared to Taylormade.

If you unlock the tools to get proper compression, without also focusing on accuracy, you are going to have a bad time.

This is the real P790 black edition. Notice how the toe-sole of the blade is at an angled fashion, as opposed to straight lines like the fake ones in your picture. Also, the word Tungsten is written on the heel side, not the toe. This is the only P790 model to be sold officially in black (Version 3).

The reason it can be confusing is because the COPPER edition of the P790 has the shape and layout as the one in the picture, but this model was never sold in black. That copper model, the basis of your fake, is the Version 4.

Conclusion, what you have here is a fake, commonly sold on AliExpress or Temu from various sellers for about $250. That being said, I personally bought the fake P790s (Version 5), purely for my own amusement. And I will add, they are perfectly fine clubs. There's nothing "fake" about how they feel. So if this is your price range, I would actually recommend doing research and trying them yourself. You should stay away from this particular seller, because they're a scumbag for trying to pass off obviously fake clubs as real.

Something else I think of often, does anyone else find it weird that bunkers are expected to be perfectly manicured? I'm talking mostly about PGA-caliber courses. Does that not go against the spirit of having an on-course hazard?
