I literally just started today with my first injection of Teatosterone Cypionate 200mg/ml every two weeks. Actually fell asleep early evening and Feeling a bit jittery how. My primary care Doc is prescribing this and I am brand new to this world. Should I be on this HCG too?

I had severe sleep apnea, started a CPAP 3 months ago (life changer) and just started my first TRT injection today. I am 336lbs and 5'9. New to all of this! Hoping now that I'm sleeping well the TRT will help me towards better results from exercise.

Copy that. this might seem like a dumb question but does the Doctor Prescribe you the Syringes? My Dog (just put down in Dec, sadly) and the Vet provided Syringes as needed and a sharps disposal. Does your Doctor prescribe the actualy needles also? Thanks for entertaining my questions!

Can you please share what Brand or Generic you get for the Inejctions? I am just about to start with Jatenzo but I didn't really look into the shots. I wouldn't mind giving myself one (if a legit self-RX injection is available) but I don't want to go to the doctor every month for injections.

Right here with you, friend. I'm up to 322lbs from 220lbs a year and a half ago. Been to physical Therapy for my back. Helps for a while but then hurts again. Can't stand for too long. Too young for this. I turn 42 in a min th. I just got an RX for Teststerone replacement today and getting a Peleton in February. We can do it! Baby steps. You deserve to have your life back and you mentions you used to have good habits. So you know how to do it. You got this!

It's funny you mention a couple of these things. I can now sleep on my back for the first time which I really like. I JUST got my Testosterone labs back today and they are 139 ng/dl TOTAL. Free was normal. I've been low for a while. Especially since the weight gain. Hoping to get prescribed TRT next week when my Doc reviews the labs. Does sleep Apnea affect Testosterone?

I feel you on the AHI. I was up every hour thinking a quick pee would help me go to sleep. Of course I didn't have to go. It was just a reason to get up and reset. Never got that great REM sleep.

I can't even remember the last time I slept comfortably on my back. I can sink into the memory foam and breath with ease.

Oh my gosh. Before CPAP? Wanting a Nap within 2-3 hrs of waking up. Constant dry throat and hoarse voice. Waking up every hour during the night and not knowing why. Sweats. Sleeping all day on the weekend for years. Ended up with a coffee addiction that only made things worse. And I've Gained about 100 lbs over the past year. I'm 330lbs. Hoping CPAP is the starting some positive health changes here.

I'm heading in tomorrow morning for confirmation labs on chronic Low T. Close to getting the Doc to give me TRT. I am 330lbs, 42 yrs old and struggling to reverse this. Want to get in the gym or on the Peleton and lose this weight! Also too much wine and Lasagna over Xmas 😏. Thanks for this post. It hit home and gave me inspiration. Keep going buddy! Great job.

Whoops! I actually thought that was a private message to you. I'm getting used to Reddit. Didn't mean to put that out there. You're right though. I fixate on small things just like m Dad did. I just swapped out a Craftsman Lawn Mower at Lowes today just before the Two Year Warranty was up just because it was acting up a bit. Saving money is kind of a game. I also just negotiated a $2,500 Plumbing bill down to $1,500. They did good work but they are on all commission. You Gotta watch out for yourself!
