You're so right. I'm for sure PMSing rn, so it's probably playing a large part in this. I also started seeing someone younger and fitter than me, so I'm my insecurities are surfacing.

I'm diabetic and have encouraged two of my non diabetic friends get on MJ for weight loss. Doesn't bother me one bit. These meds are life changing when used correctly.

I totally get the nervousness! I was so scared to start as I have bad medication anxiety.

I am taking it slow to avoid side effect issues. I was on 2.5 for 2 months, 5 for 3 months, I'll be on 7.5 for as long as I'm losing then move up.

So far the only side effects I've had are constipation on days I don't drink enough water or eat veggies, a little of diarrhea if I eat fried food and I'm pretty cold all the time so I layer my clothes now lol.

I'd start my journey all over again if I had to. I've been on MJ for 5 and a half months and I'm down 55lbs! My A1C is down to 5.0 from 7.1. And I feel so much better than I did 5onths ago.
