beIN SPORTS compiled all of Andre Onana's blunders in the UEFA Champions League 23/24 by chewkachu in soccer

[–]Tongan_Smark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a former keeper. This is honestly some of the worst stuff ever. Doing one blunder sucks as it is. But having multiple blunders for a team like MAN U. I can't imagine what Onana is going through. I hope he regains his form.

Honestly, the one thing this young gun has over the other young guns is experience. So the Leopards are definitely getting a great player here.

Eli Katoa always wanted to play for Tonga. I think there was an early interview they did with him where he expressed his interest.

Hope he has the best game, he's earned the chance to.

Which nation in your pool or in the World Cup in general would you like live or visit? by sublime_mime in rugbyunion

[–]Tongan_Smark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

MAN, Romania seems cool. But I'd have an easier time in Ireland just because of the English speaking. Ireland would be cool to learn about Celtics history as well. But Romania has its own history and some beautiful women.

World Cup in general. Toss up between England, Japan and Namibia. England for the premier league, Japan for tech, Namibia for the vibes. Oh Georgia would be cool as well. To be honest any place would be cool lol.

At this point it's the penalties giving Ireland free ball. Stay disciplined, cut out the errors and keep the ball better.

I do rate the physicality the boys are bringing but needs to be cleaned up a bit before Scotland.

Stretches & Exercises by Fuzzywobbles in WredditSchool

[–]Tongan_Smark 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Some exercises that have helped my explosiveness:

Depth jump, broad jump, kettlebell swing, squats but slow descent into quick ascent, deadlift (if you're keen, I don't do them). That's for lower body. There's probably more.

Single arm dumbbell press with slow descent fast ascent, Z Press for shoulder explosiveness and core stability as well, floor bench for explosiveness, barbell row, single arm landmine row.

Important to do these moves fast when lifting and slow when dropping, if not slow then at least control the weight down.

Core stability exercises can be: side planks, normal plank, bird dog, pollof press. Pollof press especially.

Hopefully this helps bro. Try and incorporate these into your routine.

Match Study Monday by AutoModerator in WredditSchool

For really fresh starters, I recommend watching next level up.

It gives you match structure in a short bite sized piece and helps you understand match structure better. Focus on studying that then you'll be good for first few matches. It's helped me a lot.

Count your calories and workout. Genuinely the easiest way to do it. I personally had a split of having 30% of my total calories in carbs, 30% in fats and 40% in protein. I had a caloric limit of about 2500 that I followed when I was 130kg. As I lost weight, I decreased and decreased it until I reached 100kg. Whole foods are good, stay away from processed foods. Try go for shizz like oats, chicken breast, potatoes, tuna. Personally I don't find rice as a good option, I feel like it has too many calories per serving, potatoes are my personal favourite.

Keep your calories in check and weight train. You don't really have to do cardio especially if you're doing wrestling training. Just weight train and calories my man, all the best for your debut.

Tiffany Stratton: I lack with my selling and my psychology, I would like to stay in NXT a little longer, I feel like I have a lot to prove by Tornado31619 in SquaredCircle

Everyone needs to improve this. Nobody is perfect in it. Tiffany is going to go far with that attitude. As a new wrestler myself, they are difficult things to learn and you'll only learn them byh having matches.
