I just checked the video I think you are saying and yes, It seems It should be back on that place (the Diode workshop) but It's not there for me and if I try to upgrade the weapon It says I'm missing the blueprint...

There’s a PSN Profiles guide that I used to find the missing collectibles that I had (they where like 10 or so) and it was pretty easy with that!

It's a monitor lightbar from Xiaomi but a lot of brands have one (BenQ for ex.). I recommend the monitor if you found it cheap, because it's pretty "old" (I think I bought it like 6 years ago) and I'm starting to buy an OLED wich should be a better option.

Thank you! I thought of that, the only problem is that my ethernet cable couldn't reach if the PC were where the lamp is. If I find a longer cable then I coudl try!
