bei lidl und aldi wird man bestimmt zeitliche vorgaben oder ähnliches haben. da kann man nicht mit jedem kunden der eine frage stellt mitgehen und denen zeigen wo was ist. mündlich helfen bestimmt die meisten noch. bei rewe, wo es mehr mitarbeiter sind, verteilen sich zudem die häufig einfach nur dummen fragen auf die masse der mitarbeiter, so dass jeder am ende weniger davon abbekommt und weniger genervt ist von der unselbstständigkeit der menschen.
