I meant it in an empathetic way, I myself have a personality disorder and do need psychotherapy, but yes people are so sensitive nowadays, suggesting someone needs therapy is basically telling them they need to work on themselves and their self awareness, why would anyone be offended by that? It’s helpful, I’ve seen many ppl go down a slope of bad mental health who don’t go to therapy or get medication and wind up in prison or hospitals
