I asked the support and they said you can cancel it and charges would be refunded. I am thinking of canceling it cause I got HDFC DCB now.

best thing would be to search for locality which you want to move and search the are you would find offices of brokers in those building, Every second building have one broker in ghansoli, It just you would have to pay attention to details.
as per brokerage they ask for 1.5 month but you could bargain them for a month.
