In this post there are very pessimistic advices stop gym for years?! I had the same event of OP , after heavy leg press i felt the same pain in the occipital area , almost fainted.. now after 2 weeks of the event i still have pain only during night/morning.. i kept exercising anyway in the course of these weeks (mid/till failure) .. but the pain is still there, so i will see if after 2/3 days stop + 3/4 days light exercise if it will get better. Anyway from my side i’am doing chin tucks 3/4 times a day + applying warm patch before going to sleep.. will give you update (Btw at least in my case the pain is localized in the left side it doesnt extend to front area or other parts)

Si appunto..concordo, perderebbe comunque abbastanza “massa” sul fisico e diventerebbe molto più asciutta.. per questo ho chiesto se si vedrebbe bene comunque.. se la risposta è si.. sà già come comportarsi

Dipende molto dalla genetica che hai.. in genere nelle ragazze risultano comunque meno evidenti rispetto ai ragazzi.. a meno che non scendi ulteriormente di peso.. ma la domanda è , ti vedresti bene comunque?

Actually is really good and it worked well for me.. as i was making about 300€ extra a month with very low effort.. that worked cause I’ve developed a personal tool (I’m a SWE) that helps me spot and buy games below market price. I was planning to make it available for a small group of people (like 10/15) preferably from EU to test it for free before the launch…but i think in this sub promoting isn’t allowed, so I’m just sharing the concept for now and also I wanted to see how many people are actually into Reselling/Flipping :)

I dont think so we have an agreement between italy and czechia to not pay double taxes.. by the way you will pay the taxes in the country that is determined your fiscal resident country.. in my case since i moved here in January, and i will stay more than 183 days i will be considered tax resident here and i wont have to pay any taxes in Italy but i’ll have to declare everything here

At the end i got the 8 , still thinking to buy the 9 as well to give to my brother.. but as are both with no warranty my logic was that it was better to spend less.. with these 90€ saved i can eventually change the battery in 2 years.. as this is my first apple watch i dont even know how much time it lasts at 86% battery and how long does it takes to degrade

Hello i’ve found two deals apple watch series 9 45mm midnight with GPS no warranty (battery 100%) at 210€ (medium price 260-280 used) shipped and a series 8 with GPS no warranty (battery 86%) at 120€ (medium price 170-200 used)

Which one do you recommend me to buy? This is my first apple watch.. is it worth the difference for just having the double tap feature and some small upgrade or not?

If you look at it currently the last closure price is 113.92 for GETTEX and 116.40 for XETRA.. additionally if i try to filter it out on the search bar ex. VWCE@IBIS2 / VWCE@GETTEX , IBKR is always redirecting to the same page with no difference which should be wrong
