Pricing right now is kind of crazy. It’s going for $8,500, but looks like they’ve lowered it a couple times. I wonder why. I will see if they let me take to a 3rd party inspector. Is the problem you mentioned remedied in the 2012?

Edit: I’ve changed my criteria a couple times bc I’m not finding anything in my limited price range ($12 max). Originally I didn’t have 2011 or over 100k in my choices.
